Beechcraft Bonanza Partnership
Beechcraft Bonanza
Selling my single share (1 of 25) in the Alman Flying Club, a member-owned Bonanza club operating continuously since 1945 out of Kendall-Tamiami Executive Airport (KTMB) in Miami, FL. The club flies two beautifully maintained Bonanzas with nearly identical, modern panels: N567EB, a 1979 A36 (14,049.3 TTAF, Continental IO-550 installed new in 2022, currently 1,866.6 hrs since new against a 1,900-hr TBO), and N484D, a 1992 F33 (7,299.4 TTAF, Continental IO-520 and Hartzell prop installed new in May 2025, so just 369.4 hrs since new). Both aircraft were freshly upgraded with Garmin GTN 750Xi units in mid-2026, plus dual Garmin G5s and GFC 500 autopilots on each — checking out in one makes you comfortable in the other almost immediately. The group is a 25-member equal-ownership corporation with real institutional discipline: oil changes every 50 hours without exception, squawks addressed immediately rather than left open, regular attendance at American Bonanza Society maintenance clinics, and full financial transparency to every member. Scheduling runs through Schedule Master, the standard online booking system most club pilots are already familiar with — easy to check availability and book a slot from your phone or computer. This is the kind of club I felt completely comfortable flying my own two kids cross-country in. I'm selling only because a second child and an hour-long drive to the airport have made it hard to give the club the time it deserves — not because of any issue with the aircraft or the membership. Asking $30,000 for the share; dues are normally $300/month, currently $385/month while the club finishes paying down financing on the recent avionics upgrade; hourly rate is $120/hr dry. Looking for a partner who meets the club's minimums — 250 hours total time and a Private, Commercial, or ATP certificate — and who'll be an engaged, respectful member of a genuinely well-run group. Happy to share full maintenance and financial records and make an introduction to current members.
