About this aircraft

$110,000 · FOR SALE · 1971, Cessna c-172, registration 7770G. 14,054 TTAF. 2526.7 SMOH. We have owned this airplane since 1997. The aircraft was painted and a new interior was installed as well as updated avionics. It has been flown regularly. This year's annual is scheduled for August. The instruments include ADSB In and Out, Garmin 430 GPS with WAAS, the number two radio is a new Garmin Com. The heading and attitude were replaced with G-5's. The airplane is also equipped with a power-flow exhaust, Tanis heater, and a 4-place intercom. All maintenance records since new. Aircraft is based at FLD.
