About this aircraft

$65,000 · FOR SALE · 1965 Piper Cherokee 140 w/160HP STC. 20 hours SMOH. Last annual 8/26. Windshield, left and right windows replaced. Standard 6 pack instruments. ADSB out Sentry ADSB in. Burns about 9 GPH and will cruise at 120 knots. Logbooks destroyed before I purchased plane in 2023. Since then I've had a major overhaul done and 3 annuals by 3 different A&P's. Each individually confirmed all AD's have been complied with. 20 hours since prop overhaul also. Painted in 2015 and still looks great. Interior is dated but in good shape. Logbooks since I purchased are digitized. Receipts for all parts also digital.
