All logs complete. 269NE has had the same owner for the last 25 year stored in a heated and air conditioned hangar. The majority of the hours logged on the airplane was doing traffic watch. Avionics include KMA 24 audio panel, KX155 radio, RT-385A radio, KLN90B GPS, R-546E ADF, and RT-546E transponder. It does have some hail from 2001. Interior and paint 1998. Annual done on 9/25.
